Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Fees

1.) Taiwan Region

    • Free shipping on orders over NT$5,000
    • Convenience store pickup: NT$80
    • Home delivery: NT$120

2.) Asia Region

    • China, Hong Kong, and Macau: SF Express NT$250 (Free shipping on orders over NT$5,000)
    • Other Asian countries: SF Express NT$600 (Free shipping on orders over NT$5,000)

For safety reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Import Duties: Additional taxes may be imposed upon entry. These taxes are collected by local customs, and you may need to pay extra fees.


2. Shipping Information

In-stock items: We will ship within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days for home delivery and 2-3 business days for convenience store pickup.

Pre-order items: Our products are manufactured overseas. If the Taiwan inventory is insufficient, it may take about 7-10 business days to restock. We will ship your order as soon as we receive the items.

International Orders: Shipping time is approximately 7-10 business days. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays caused by reduced international flights and customs inspections. We apologize for any inconvenience and will notify you in advance. We will ship your order as quickly as possible.
