Return Policy

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

MGN offers a seven-day appreciation period service. Please note that the appreciation period is a "hesitation period," not a "trial period." The returned item must be in brand-new condition and not worn.

If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact customer service through our Customer Service Email, Official Shopping Platform Messaging System, or LINE Official Account within seven days of receiving the product (counting from the day after receiving the product, including holidays). Please wait for customer service to confirm before sending the product back; self-shipped returns will not be accepted.

The returned/exchanged product must meet the following conditions:

  • No signs of wear
  • No damage
  • All packaging and accessories are complete (including the box, storage bag, warranty card, invoice, and any additional content). If there are redeemed gifts or vouchers, they must also be returned; otherwise, it will be considered incomplete and cannot be processed.
  • Discounted items and items purchased with vouchers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additionally, custom-made items (including size and engraving) are specially made after the order is placed and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds for returned products will be processed after confirming that the product is correct upon receipt. The refund does not include interbank transfer fees.

  1. After-Sales Service

1.) Repair: If your product needs repair, you can bring the warranty card to a physical store for service by our staff. Alternatively, you can send an email to mgnselect@gmail.com with a description of the issue and product photos. Please wait for customer service to understand the situation before sending the product.

Repair costs determined upon assessment will be quoted, and a partial fee will be charged initially. The remaining repair and parts fees will be collected upon completion of the repair. If you are repairing by mail, you must prepay the fees and cover the shipping costs to us.

Some products cannot be repaired due to special materials or manufacturing limitations. We apologize for this inconvenience.

2.) Cleaning: We offer a lifetime cleaning service. You can bring the product to a physical store, and our dedicated staff will assist you.
